Resolved
The preferences setting "Open FontExplorer X Pro automatically at login" did not work when the application was distributed as a silent/forced installation over the network
Excessive messaging occurred during font activation. Messages have been reduced to one dialog when activating 20 or less fonts
An incorrect activation status was shown on a font set if all fonts in the set were deactivated via the Font Information dialog
The font list activation status was not correctly updated after deactivating fonts in the Preview window via the contextual menu
The 'Activate' button was incorrectly enabled for a Set which contained only missing fonts
Deactivating a font in the Font Information dialog caused the checkbox to dim but the font did not deactivate until the window was closed
A crash would occur when importing fonts into FontExplorer X Pro if the Organize Font option was active and insufficient disk space was available for the new fonts
An empty drop down menu was shown in the Conflicts panel when the language was set to German
Style linking in the font list did not work
Postscript font family name, unique name, and postscript name were being incorrectly displayed on the main name of a TrueType Collection
The status of "Activate" and "Deactivate" in the Ribbon toolbar was not updated correctly after activating or deactivating fonts in the font list
Known Issues
On a multi-user machine (one machine with separate login accounts) FontExplorer X Pro can only be launched by one user. If another user attempts to launch FontExplorer X Pro a message will be displayed: "FontExplorer X Pro is already running in another user session"
Manually activated PostScript fonts do not display in Adobe applications when font activation is temporary. Workaround: select Activate fonts permanently (required when using Adobe applications) in Options/Advanced panel or activate fonts via the plug-in font request dialog
The auto-activation setting will not be effective for the Quark XPress Plug-Ins. When opening a Quark XPress document, the plug-in dialog will always open. If all the fonts are available in FontExplorer X Pro simply click on Activate All
Smart Sets do not work correctly when placed in Folders
The activation status of a folder is not correctly shown in the source list when all fonts in the contained set are activated. This only occurs when the setting "Show status when activating/deactivating fonts" is disabled
When a subscription font does not appear in FontExplorer X Pro for any reason, manual synchronization from the SkyFonts client does not cause the font to appear. Workaround: Restart the SkyFonts client
The PDF is not correctly generated when exporting OpenType PostScript flavored fonts from the preview as a PDF image. Other image formats work correctly
The Activate and Deactivate menu items in the contextual menu are not available on Sets, Folders or Smart Sets that contain both active and expired SkyFonts
PlugIns
Resolved
Adobe Illustrator CS6, 64-bit, Version 3.5.2
The 64-bit version of the Adobe Illustrator CS6 application would crash when exiting if the FontExplorer X Pro plugin was installed

Known Issues
Adobe Creative Suite applications
When using Adobe Creative Suite products to create new documents, Postscript server fonts that are activated on the server are not displayed in the Font dropdown menu. Postscript fonts in an existing CS document that are activated on a server, will behave properly; the fonts will appear in the Font dropdown menu and can be activated/deactivated appropriately. This issue only applies to PS server fonts, all other font types (TrueType, OpenType) work correctly. The work around is for the customer to update their PS server font to one of these other font formats. Local Postscript fonts will behave properly in Adobe Creative Suite products
Server Users and Administrators
Resolved
When manually connecting to a FontExplorer X Server it was not possible to connect via the server name. Only the IP address was accepted. Now both IP address and server name are accepted
Auto login to the FontExplorer X Server did not occur until the server name was selected in the source list. Now, when the auto login option is selected, login automatically occurs when FontExplorer X Pro is started
Usernames in the Summary and Login panel would lose the domain extension on their username after logging out or restarting FontExplorer X Pro if LDAP authentication was turned off. Now the full LDAP imported user name will be retained in the Username field
An incorrect download date was being shown on downloaded server fonts. Instead of showing "1/1/1970" the correct download date will now be shown
Fonts were occasionally being shown as "downloaded" even though the font license for a particular Font or Machine was reclaimed
Swap option was not working correctly when a conflict occurred between activated local and server fonts
The status of the Activate and Deactivate menu items was not correctly shown in the Preview contextual menu after previously activating or deactivating a font through the contextual menu
A server folder which was deleted through the Ribbon toolbar function reappeared after "Reload Sources"
There was no error message shown when an e-mail address in the SMTP settings had an incorrect format
E-mail addresses were not check for plausibility when requesting a License Report (Send Report). A "Success" message was incorrectly shown
Empty Server Folders were not being shown in the source list after logging out from the FontExplorer X Server and entering Offline Mode
When license violations were detected on login, clicking "Show Licenses" did not automatically produce a list of the violations
"Activate" and "Download" options were not correctly enabled/disabled after activating a server set via the contextual menu
The "Activating" and "Deactivating" status message showed an incorrect number of fonts when a server set or folder contained TrueType Collections
It was not possible to remove newly imported fonts from a server set without logging out and back in again
After reclaiming all font licenses from a machine, the machine name still showed up in the "Assigned" list under License View although there were no fonts listed

Known Issues
FontExplorer X Pro shows incorrect server set and/or server folder information in the source list when a user only has login permission
When switching between LDAP nodes after changes have been made to LDAP data, no 'Save' dialogue is shown
When both FontExplorer X Pro and FontExplorer X Server are installed on Virtual Machines, occasionally all the fonts from a client are reclaimed when using the option "Reclaim Font License > From All Machines" to reclaim a single font from the client
When a manually added FontExplorer X Server is hidden in the source
